Update 26NOV25 - Beautiful Landscape and wild animals are top reason why should we explore Kenya & Tanzania. July to Aug is high chances to experience migration of wildebeest or zebra which is one of best time to go. Flight fare 2025 approximately Rm5700 and will be updated if there is any changes. IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is meant to be a "free and easy" adventure trip. Participants should be relatively fit, with a good sense of humour, and above all, have the right attitude for close travel with others through possibly some trying times. Most definitely, this is not a trip for prudes, whiners, fuss-pots, and other similiarly assorted types! We had a couple of those before and it wasn't pleasant for us or them. Although every effort will be made to stick to the given itinerary, ground conditions may change and cause some disruption and/or deviation from the norm. Otherwise, have fun!

Day 0 KLIA : Meet KLIA@11PM for late flight (NOTE : MUST at KLIA on 07AUG2026). Take flight EK343 at 0215AM fly to Dubai. O/N Plane

Day 1 Dubai-Nairobi-Narok : Arriving Dubai 05:05AM. Connecting Flight EK719@1030 to Nairobi . Arriving NBO 1430PM. Do quick money exchange and buy sim card. After that drive all the way to Narok with brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley View Point for sightseeing. O/N Narok (Note : If 2026 arrival time is early then we shall drive all the way to Mara Camp and go to Masai Village visit where have chance interect with local communities, dance, learn their culture. (Note : own cost of USD 20 per person which is paid directly to the Masai Village elders) (All Meals covered)

Day 2 Narok-Masai Mara NP : Early morning drive about 2 hr to Masai Mara National Park (NP). We will spend whole day on game drive in Masai Mara Reserve. You will enjoy nature walk along the Mara River to view the wildebeest crossing or just the crossing points, hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and O/N Tourist Camp. (All Meals covered)

Late Afternoon or next day morning if time permit, spent at leisure and about 4.00PM Optional visit to Masai Village (to learn their daily ways of life and culture) at own cost of USD 20 per person which is paid directly to the Masai Village elders. Dinner and O/N Tourist Camp near Masai Mara National Park. (Lunch & Dinner covered).

Day 3 Lake Naivasha (Hell's Gate NP) After breakfast drive to Naivasha (optional boat ride USD20/ pax on Lake Naivasha before lunch). After lunch drive to Hell’s gate National Park where group enjoy a walking or biking Safari. Group also explore the hells Gate Gorge on foot accompanied by a local ranger. O/N Lake Naivasha. (All meals covered)

(Note : Hell's Gate Gorge is still closed after flush floods in 2019. If it is not opened we will visit other parts of the park to see light volcanic activities within the park)

Day 4 Amboseli NP : After breakfast drive to Amboseli National Park arrive in time for lunch and short rest at Sentrim Amboseli camp. Amboseli NP which is known for its large elephant herds and view of immense Mt Kilimanjaro. We will then go out for the afternoon game drive to enjoy game viewing against the majestic backdrop of snow-capped Mt Kilimanjaro. O/N Amboseli. (All meals covered)

Day 5 Amboseli -Namanga (Border)-Arusha (Tanzania) : Early breakfast then we check out of our camp and morning Safari game drive before drive to Namanga town where we will overland to Tanzania. Drive to Arusha town. Group can rest and refresh before game drive in Tanzania side. O/N Arusha. (Note : Meals will be own except breakfast)

Day 6 Tarangire NP: After breakfast, enter Tarangire National Park for game drive. End will drive to Karatu town. O/N Karatu. (All meals covered)

Day 7 Serengeti NP : After breakfast, full day in Serengeti National Park (NP) with picnic lunch, enter Serengeti at around 1100.  Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great flocks of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Head to the central park area, known as Seronera, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park featuring Seronera river which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. O/N North Serengeti tented camp/Lodge. (All meals covered)

    

Day 8 Serengeti NP : Serengeti NP, another full day in North Serengeti near Mara River. O/N North Serengeti tented Camp/Lodge (All meals covered).

Day 9 Serengeti NP -Crater-Karatu: After breakfast drive towards Ngorongoro gate through center Serengeti, enter the gate at around 0800 proceed to the view point for crater view then descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a  day crater tour. Proceed to Karatu. O/N Karatu. (All meals covered)

Day 10 Arusha- Nairobi Airport: After breakfast drive to Arusha town. Will take private shuttle bus from Arusha to Nairobi catch international flight back home (Note : Those extend the trip will stay overnight Nairobi town). Drive to Nairobi transfer to airport catch up evening flight EK720 at 1635PM fly to Dubai. Arrived Dubai Airport at 22:40PM. O/N Plane. (Breakfast covered only)

Day 11 Fly Home : Connect flight back EK346 @ 0310AM fly back to KL. Reached home Malaysia time 14:25PM (18AUG2026)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cost covers accommodation, transportation (4WD), entrance fees, meals stated.
2. Accommodation will be in budget hotels, lodge and tented camp (inc pillow, sleeping bag).
3. Not covered are international flight & airport taxes (subject to change appx Rm1600), e-TA for Kenya only (implement 2024) appx USD35, meals not stated, in-town taxis.
4. Guide/driver/cook accompanying group do expect tips. Yongo encourages group members to be generous but should commensurate with services rendered.
5. A Non-refundable deposit of Rm5000 is payable to confirm your place.
6. Cost is subject to change if there's significant changes in foreign exchange rates and airfares.
